Mission Statement:

Our mission, as an Association, is to promote neighbor involvement, maintain and improve the common grounds, brook, beach, swimming area and docks for the enjoyment and recreation of the members.

We seek to be good stewards of our lake environment by responsibly protecting and sustaining our natural resources.

We review and approve certain property improvements as directed by our Declarations and By-Laws to maintain the natural beauty of our neighborhood while enhancing our property values.

We share information about neighborhood issues, rules and covenants with all members.

And we will promote a true community of friendly, caring and respectful neighbors who cooperate with each other to affirm and grow the value of both our friendships and our property.

 

Vision Statement:

We envision an Association that offers an inspiring lifestyle with neighbor helping neighbor, inspiring a deep desire to continually rise up and take an active interest and involvement in our community.

This results in a high quality of life and a very desirable place in which to live and enjoy the benefits of family, friends and Community.
