About LBTA

This peaceful and picturesque Lake Nisswa waterfront community is located in Crow Wing County near the town of Nisswa, MN. Situated on 5+ acres of beautiful pine trees and a brook winding through the manicured property, LBTA offers association owners over 500 feet of shoreline with beautiful water views and abundant wildlife. Owners enjoy access by boat to 8 other lakes on the Gull Lake chain of lakes. Shops, restaurants, parks, churches, bike trails are all within easy walking distance of LBTA.

The Lazy Brook Association is a proud member of Gull Lake Chain of Lakes Association (GCOLA) and is committed to the restoration and continued preservation of the highest lake water quality and environmental standards achievable.
